This piece is mixed media on a 10x20" gallery-wrapped, artist quality stretched 1.5" deep cotton canvas, The canvas is triple gessoed, with a multi-layered acrylic underpainting, including glitter! The topmost layer of the painting incorporates oil-based pigment with rich texture and a final layer of Gamvar gloss picture varnish. Edges of the canvas are painted with a very dark greenish navy blue. The canvas is ready to hang with a saw-tooth hanger installed before shipping.
