6x6" Highly Textured Mixed Media on hand-splined gallery-wrapped 1.5" deep canvas. It is fitted with a sawtooth hanger ready for display. This bloom has many layers of texture from the point of view of the bee.
The piece is a base of acrylic media, with added layers of dimensional acrylic paint, chalk pastels, and oil with cold wax medium. The edges are painted a rich blue.
